Age and Birthday: 26, August 1 IS 450
Appearance: He has an average height of 5'8" and a built body. His hair is black, short and spikey. His eyes are hazel. Pretty much always wears the trademark Le Buque mantor rider uniform (gray suit with blue armor thing).
Personality: Has calmed down quite a bit after the war, but could still be capable of reverting back to his whiney and angry self if prodded enough. Luckily, it looks like his rage issues have subsided for the moment. For the most part, he is usually quiet and stays out of trouble.
Weapons: Galo Kwan (spear)
Skills/Special Abilities: He excels at commanding mantors. Aside from being an expert rider, Franz seems to be able to communicate with them like no one else. Or he's just a weirdo...

Weaknesses:RAGE WHINE WOE IS ME Franz thinks way too much about inane things that usually don't matter. This in turn makes him constantly doubt and question whatever he does or feels. While he's good at talking to mantors, his skill with speaking to humans... not so much. He'll either won't speak up, trip up (being annoyingly blunt/offensive, not on purpose.. maybe), or (the rarer outcome) get pissed off easily.
